We are able to offer one to one Pilates classes within the practice with Kirsty. Pilates is a form of low impact controlled exercise that is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility and posture. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core (muscles of the abdomen, low back and hips), and improving coordination and balance.
Small group sessions (up to 3) are also available on a Thursday afternoon. Please ring the practice to book.
