If you have never tried Pilates why not give it a go with a 1:1 or 2:1 Pilates class at the practice with Judy Bunney. Pilates is a form of low impact controlled exercise that is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility and posture. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core (muscles of the abdomen, low back and hips), and improving coordination and balance.  Pilates is a safe and suitable exercise method for all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels.
