Patient Satisfaction Survey :: Hertford Physiotherapy

In order to ensure that our patients have the best service that we can supply, we undertake a six monthly satisfaction survey and report the results on our web site. In addition, comment slips are available in the waiting room and we always appreciate patient feedback.

Here is the result of our most recent survey, which was undertaken in November 2009:

Q1 How long did you have to wait for your first appointment?

Results: 59%of patients have their first appointment within 5 days, and of the remaining 41% who did not, a significant number of delays were due to the patient's preference

Q2 How easy was it for you to get to HP

Results: 90% of patients found it very easy.

Our concern regarding the remaining 10% has led us to supply a new location map and instructions that are now available on the web site

Q3 How good were your physiotherapist's communications?

Result: 100% report that communication was very good.

Q4 Did you understand the instructions/exercises you were given?

Results: 89% reported that they understood the instructions completely.

Q5 During your first treatment, did the physiotherapist understand and explain your condition to you?

Result: 97% of patients reported that the explanation was good or very good.

Q6 How comfortable are the facilities at HP?

Result: 95% reported that the facilities were comfortable or very comfortable.

Q7 How effective was your physiotherapy treatment?

Results: 92% of patients reported that their treatment was effective or very effective.

Q8. How likely would you be to recommend HP to your family and friends?

Result: 100% of patients would recommend us!

Results: Once again, a 100% of patients would use us again.
